Aloha POS System Issues

Submit this form EVERY time the Aloha POS System crashes, resets itself, or goes down in any way. This will allow us to track these glitches through a paper trail.

  • MM slash DD slash YYYY
  • Make sure Travis or Taylor advise you to call them. Most of the time TH or TM can tell you how to fix the problem.
  • Refund Request

    To fully submit this request we need the following: Transaction Number, Last 4-digits of the Credit Card, and the Total. Please include a brief description of WHY they need the refund. **YOU MUST VOID THIS TICKET IN ALOHA AFTER COMPLETING THIS FORM. Call Taylor if you do not know how to do this.
