Submit this form for: -Payment method change -Loss of pay card -Change of name, address, direct deposit, etc You will be contacted via email. Please ensure your inbox is not too full to receive new mail. Thank you in advance!

  • If you need help with logins or access changes, submit the "User Account Help" form instead.
  • If you cancelled your card through RapidPay, we will NOT be able to reissue a replacement card from our supplies in the office. You will be mailed a new card from RapidPay, which usually takes 7-10 business days. IF YOU DID NOT - then we can cancel and re-issue a new card on your behalf and get it to you within 2 business days.
  • If you'd like to do a portion of your check on this new account, please describe the breakdown in the notes section. You can elect to put a % of your check into an account or a flat $ amount.
  • ** Please Note: if your routing or account number cannot be verified, you risk your deposit bouncing back from a faulty account, which can take up to a week to be redeposited.

    • Lost Pay Card

      Once we receive notice, we will reissue you a new pay card and transfer current funds to the new card within 2 business days. If you need to put an immediate stop payment, you will need to contact RapidPay Card at 1-888-828-2270 and press 5. (NOTE: If you CANCEL your card through RapidPay, we will not be able to transfer your funds and reissue you a card ourselves. You will be mailed a new card directly from Rapid Pay, which usually takes 7-10 business days. If you need your replacement card sooner, please ONLY request a stop payment and allow the Noodle Team to cancel and reissue your card.)

      Go to https://www.readypayonline.com/Proliant/Login/Login.aspx to log in. → Your username and password are what you created in the initial set up of your electronic onboarding at the time of your hire and/or orientation. → To RESET YOUR PASSWORD, please use the forgot password link provided on the login screen. → To OBTAIN YOUR USERNAME, continue to submit this form. → Please allow up to 48 hours to be contacted with your login information.
    • To Change Your Name

      PLEASE NOTE: In order to change your name on our internal documents, you must provide an updated Social Security Card with the new name listed. We also request an updated List B Document for the I-9 form (driver's license, photo identification card, etc) that must also include your updated name. We will provide you with the appropriate tax documents you will need to resubmit with your name change.
